Partner Levels

 

You can elect a introducing or profit share Network Partner status.

 

1. Introducing status – upon registration and payment of €60.00 / £50.00 / US$80.00 membership administration fee you will be entitled to introductory or finders commission on any real estate opportunity introduced that Partners-to Group™ ultimately elects to develop. As part of the registration process a non disclosure and commission agreement will be entered into at time of registration

 

 

As part of the registration process a non disclosure and for commission agreement & profit share agreement will be entered into at time of registration.

 

Any profit share is administered and distributed by Partners-to Group™ legal advisers Fasken Martineau as fiduciary on behalf of the Network Partner.

 

 

Open to industry professionals per country who in addition to introducing development opportunities can elect to bid for professional services on the development opportunity .

 

Upon registration and payment of €595.00 / £495.00 / US$775.00 membership fee you will be entitled to market related commission and a development profit share of 5% of the real estate development opportunity introduced by you that Partners-to Group™ ultimately elects to develop.

 

As part of the registration process a non disclosure and commission agreement and profit share agreement and a request for professional services will be entered into at time of registration.

 

Any professional services offered and to be rendered will be conditional on competitive fee bid and satisfactory competency verification.

 

Any profit share is administered and distributed by Partners-to Group™ legal advisers Fasken Martineau as fiduciary on behalf of the Sector Partner.

 

Charter status registration is available on request which in addition provides for a sector advisory board status opportunity.

 

Country Partner status registration opportunity is available on application.

 

Overriding commission and profit share participation per country are provided for in exchange for managing and administering all country network & sector partners.
