Investment Fund

Whilst past developments were done directly by the Group and sometimes in Joint Ventures, an Investment FUND is presently in the process of being established in Luxembourg to fund Partners-to Group™ developments.

 

Investors are assured minimum guaranteed returns before profit participation in development.

 

Depending on the nature of development agreements, developments are funded by Partners–to Group™ and its banks at all levels, eg seed and working capital, construction and investment capital.

 

There is generally no restriction on size of development opportunity, but the target is always a minimum of ca 30 % equity investment.
